Why I Started The Mindful Mom Lab



Being a mom is out of the world experience but it’s also messy, overwhelming, and a journey of learning something new each day. Some days feel like chaos and tiring, yet it’s in those small, mindful moments that I’ve found the most joy. I realized I wanted a space to reflect on these moments and experiences and share them with other moms who might feel the same way.

My Story

When I became a MOM of two lovely daughters, I realized that motherhood is about constant learning. One of my daughters has cerebral palsy, which has taught me patience, perseverence, creativity, and the value of cherishing small everyday moments. Through these experiences, I realized the importance of mindfulness, creativity, and connection—not just for my children, but for myself as a MOM.

I wanted a place where I could share these experiences honestly, celebrate small victories, and offer tried and tested practical tips and inspiration to other moms navigating similar paths.
